The High Priest of Monetarism Dies

No, it's not a cult! The great exponent of the free market, Milton Friedman, has died. See the BBC article here.

Milton Friedman will be missed. He was a great voice for school choice in the US. He saw that the monopoly in education exibited all the negative characteristics of other monopolies and needed competition. http://www.schoolchoices.org/roo/fried1.htm

I don't know anything of his personal beliefs.
